Description
The Siemens WEPK4212 Uni-PAK Meter Center is a 400A, 2-position multi-family metering solution designed for 120/240V single-phase service applications. It provides two meter positions with 200A continuous meter socket ratings, supports branch ratings up to 225A, and features a ring-type meter socket design in a Type 3R outdoor enclosure.
Designed for multi-family, multi-tenant and other grouped metering applications, the WEPK4212 provides service disconnects in separate compartments and utilizes Siemens QP or QN circuit breakers. Its 400A bus and 65kA maximum interrupting rating make it a heavy-duty solution for new construction and service upgrades requiring two separately metered services.

Application
The WEPK4212 is designed for installations requiring two separately metered services from a single 400A meter center, making it well suited for duplexes, multi-family properties, apartment applications and other multi-tenant installations.
Each meter position supports up to a 200A continuous meter socket rating, while the equipment accommodates branch ratings up to 225A. The outdoor NEMA/Type 3R enclosure allows exterior installation and provides a compact alternative to assembling multiple individual meter and disconnect enclosures.
EUSERC Note: Siemens specifies that WEPK4212 meets applicable EUSERC Drawing No. 342 and 353 requirements when used with the WPKSK600 kit. Always verify local utility requirements before ordering or installation.
