To initiate a return, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your full name, telephone number, online order number, the manufacturer and model number of the item ordered, and a brief description of the problem.
Non-defective merchandise can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is in new condition, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and a 30% restocking fee will apply.
Defective products must be returned within 10 days of the invoice date for a same-item replacement. Items claimed to be defective will be assessed by us upon return, and if the item is found to be in working condition, no credit will be issued.
Cancellations must be made via telephone or email, and a confirmation from a customer service representative is required. If an order has already shipped and is refused upon delivery, standard restocking fees will apply.
Claims for shortages, damages, or incorrectly shipped items must be made within 5 business days of receiving the package. Exchanges are not allowed, but you may purchase another product and return the undesired one according to the return guidelines above. Please note that certain items, including load centers, sale items, halogen/incandescent items, faceplates, recessed trims, recessed housing, assembled items, discontinued items, and specialty order parts, are not returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
