The NB30 by Federal Pacific is a 1-Pole, 70-Amp Bolt-On Circuit Breaker. Originally manufactured by Federal Pacific Electric, it underwent subsequent ownership by Challenger, Federal Pioneer, and American Circuit Breaker. Primarily utilized in schools or commercial settings, its application in residential environments is rare.

Bolt-on type breakers like the NB70 are designed for consistent power demands in commercial settings, reducing the risk of panel arcing. The color of the breaker shipped will be the first available.

Previously, similar breakers were produced by Federal Pioneer, American Circuit Breaker Co., and a counterfeit version by Connecticut Breaker Co., which currently holds the rights to the brand name.
